The Admin S is perfect for the chest of a record carrier, for example. A good pocket to keep small items that may be needed in a hurry (multitool, tapes, carabiners, etc.).
I use high on the chest. There's a chute and a headlamp inside. Doesn't get in the way when lying down and you can reach things even when prone. (Jaak A.)
