This solution gives the fighter three big advantages:
– No need to carry several platforms for carrying equipment –> you save space and weight in your equipment.
– You can use the same kit as on the plate carrier as the main part of the chestrig, so the equipment is always in the same place you are used to.
– No need to spend time moving equipment from the plate carrier to the chestrig.

The kit consists of:
– A redesigned Marras four or 3 mag placard – with added plastic strips for attaching the side panels and more eyelets on the pocket mouth for attaching the latch nuts to better fit different sized latches. The magazines are held in place by a 100mm elastic webbing core, with CURV intermediate clips added to make magazine removal and retrieval easier. To use as a chestrig, there is also a separate cover piece to cover the rear.
– Two side panels – The thin laminate 3 MOLLE fastening width side panels have two plastic tongues to attach to the front panel, as well as clips for attaching the shoulder straps and lower back strap. MOLLE fasteners are also attached to the back of the side to allow attachment of equipment.
– Shoulder straps – Both the length of the front shoulder straps and the straps on the back are easily adjustable. The shoulder straps have laser-cut MOLLE attachments, onewrap jacket attachments for hydration pouch hoses, wires, antennas, etc., as well as holes for attaching an elastic cord for additional gear. The back has MOLLE and rigging attachments.
– Lower back strap.
